Volunteer Coordination

Volunteers are the heart and sole of the event, without their dedication and willingness to show up at 4:00AM in the rain an event would not happen.  RaceWorks will work with event staff to determine volunteer needs, recruitment strategies, training programs and develop online registration.

Just as important as recruiting volunteers is training volunteers.  Having detailed training manuals, site visits and information easily available to volunteers with help prepare them for race day.  RaceWorks works with a number of large events to develop job descriptions for key volunteers and team leaders and conducts onsite pre-event training for mission critical areas of event operations.  Volunteers who are informed and trained are better prepared to decisions during the event and will be key alias in the event of an emergency.
