Event Site Coordination

Selecting a venue for your event is one of the keys to producing a successful event.  RaceWorks can assist you with the selection of your venue by working with local city and state agencies and property managers. Once the venue is selected and secured RaceWorks can assist with the development of the venue site plans, maps, and build schedules.  On event weekend RaceWorks can serve as the point of contact and site foreman for vendors, volunteers and staff as well as over see the infrastructure set up and operations.

During the event RaceWorks will interface and guide volunteers and staff through their areas of operation to ensure a successful event.  We work with sponsors and vendors in the finish line EXPO to ensure their activation is exceeding their expectations.  We work with medical and emergency service providers to maintain their access and a safe venue for all on site.
